Life Interrupted, Inc., understands that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little education and support. Since our founding in 2018, we have been determined to make an impact in the area of mental health. Through our 501c(3) Non-Profit Organization, the core of our efforts is to bring mental health literacy to our community impacted by stressors brought on by the pandemic and every day life. Through all of our endeavors, we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs that good mental health is not just a buzz word, its a lifestyle.

Helping the Community
With this initiative, our goal is to promote great educational literacy opportunities for those in need of better understanding their own mental health and the mental health of those they support and love. With education about the causes of mental health issues and access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential.
